  • HB 1231 – Similar to Senate bill; DIED WITHOUT ACTION
  • HB 1810 – Anti-Ebonics; decrees that Ebonics "shall not be recognized as a language art" and "shall not be taught as a course or class" qualifying for credit toward graduation from any public school in Oklahoma. PASSED AND SIGNED BY GOVERNOR, 4/11/97.
