HAWAI`I STATE CONSTITUTION,
ARTICLE XV, SECTION 4, OFFICIAL LANGUAGES (1978)
English and Hawaiian shall be the official languages of
Hawai`i, except that Hawaiian shall be required for public acts and transactions
only as provided by law.
